Dear Members and Friends;

              It’s that time of year! Time to come out and connect with other garden projects in Durham Region at our DIG Annual General Meeting being held Thursday, March 30 at 7pm at Salvation Army Oshawa Temple 570 Thornton Rd. North, Oshawa. 

Group/Corporate Members, please inform DIG who will be carrying your vote and your first and second alternate prior to the meeting.

                Keynote Speaker: Eric Bowman- from Gallery on the Farm shares his story and the philosophy that built an organic beef farm and gallery shop.

                The Living Room, recipient of the 2015 “You Grow Durham” Fund will present highlights and possibilities of this great new project.

                The membership term ends March 31 2016. New annual memberships begin April 1, 2016 and can be renewed at the AGM.

New memberships received by Dec 19, 2015 are eligible to vote. Membership for those who became members for the first time from January – March 2016 includes the full 2016 membership period. Your prompt membership payment allows DIG to fulfill its work plan targets, for your and the community’s benefit.

Remember 25% of your membership fee goes to support the “You Grow Durham” Fund, offering small grants to new gardens. The remaining monies goes directly to DIG education and other programs.
